30 minute wait time for a 10 minute ride – Uber - Request a ride Review

Dear Uber Team Lyft is doing a much better job. It’s so unfair to make your passenger wait for 30 minutes for pick up for a less than 10 minutes ride. Firstly, your app is not showing estimated wait time before requesting ride. Second, if the wait time is high and if we try to cancel the ride, you are charging us 5$ cancellation fee.
