Awful app! – Uber - Request a ride Review

About a month ago this app decided to stop working. Three times a day I have to power my phone down and then re-download the app. It will freeze up in the middle of a delivery and leave you hanging.It is so bad it’s almost not worth working for Uber at this point. I have called the helpline many times at Uber and apparently they are unable to do anything about the situation. Very disappointing!
