Company Does Nothing About Their Driver Stealing – Uber - Request a ride Review

Worst company ever. Everything was fine until one of their drivers was caught stealing something of mine on camera. They have been trying to contact the driver for two days and keep sending me auto generated messages. They are hiding behind that this is not their employee because their “independent contractor”. Last time I checked your driver represents you when they are driving and delivering under your name no? Do your self a favor and do not use. If one thing goes wrong you can trust that Uber will do nothing to help you, the customer.
