Upset. – Uber - Request a ride Review

Sometimes the scheduling feature works very funky. Was charge a cancellation fee for canceling my scheduled ride because it said there were no drivers on the app a couple minutes after my scheduled time. Not the first time i’ve had issues with app and scheduling feature.
