Cpap recall – SnoreLab : Record Your Snoring Review

I needed to find an alternative to my cpap machine as it was recalled! In researching I stumbled onto the SnoreLab app. After my free trial ended I was hooked and paid the full premium. It picks up every sound in the room. Even picks up a far off train whistle several blocks from my home. It’s been amazing to learn what remedies are helping me the most! I started in the 50s wearing a mouth guard. When I added a nasal dilator my scores are now in the single digits! As low as a one! It makes a difference if I work out and shower before bed. Great way to track your sleep nightly! I highly recommend this app!
