App not working – Uber - Request a ride Review

I did got Uber App , over a year ago. Every time I travel to visit I used Uber because I didn’t want to rent a car. Is been working fine until some time in December I couldn’t request a ride. Got a new phone try the app didn’t work, delete and download and still no working. For some reason I was able to used it one day. Been trying and nothing.
