Extremely SLOW and LAGGY – HP Smart Review

This mobile app and desktop app is extremely slow and laggy. Very unacceptable coming from HP. I have even considered switching brands; one year ago this app was the same and I thought because it is new it will improve overtime. I was wrong it has been an entire year and nothing has changed.
