It’s almost great but… – Uber - Request a ride Review

Uber makes it easy to get a ride from A to B but there are problems on some occasions. For example I booked an Uber and waited a while. Driver seemed to have made a few wrong turns and then it said on the way… so the only thing I could do was cancel because my phone call attempt didn’t work. And there was no option to request new driver or anything. Just to accept the fee. It’s fine now because I got a refund notification soon after I requested support.
