Older version download not available – Uber - Request a ride Review

Newest version is not compatible with my ios. Popup states that an older version that is compatible with my level of ios is available for download. Clicking the download button leads only to the same popup. Loop does me no good. ios is at the level I want for other compatibility. Is there a fix?
