Worthless service. Can’t choose the driver – Uber - Request a ride Review

I’ve used Uber a few times but never again due to driver selection process or lack of one. I requested a ride from a bust auto dealer in California only to have a driver pick up the gig who was already on another job. It said the pickup was 20 minutes away. I decided to cancel to get an available driver only to see that I was going to be charged 4 times the rate. Just silly.
