Glitches in App – Uber - Request a ride Review

I had ordered lunch 30 minutes prior so I can eat on my lunch break. Apparently the app glitches and did not order anything. Then when I open to check the progress it orders everything, and won’t allow me to cancel. The food is currently enroute set to arrive exactly when my lunch break ends. There’s no way to get my money back for food I can’t actually eat anymore. So it’s a wasted 15 dollars.
