Poor app – Uber - Request a ride Review

Waited 30 mins for a ride just for them to cancel on me. Uber then gives me another driver that’s 20 mins away. What’s the deal with this app? I called an hour before work and can’t even get to work on time. Before you download this app this is something you will deal with.
