Multiple voucher issue – Uber - Request a ride Review

Generally the app does what it’s supposed to do. Good integration with the maps. Good description of driver and arrival time. However, it can’t handle multiple vouchers. I know this is a rare issue but I had 2 vouchers on my account. I applied both to my ride but I was still charged on my credit card (couldn’t apply second voucher). What’s really awful is trying to get support. I went though 4 agents and none could fix the problem. The help system is awkward to use and there is no way I see to actually talk with a human. They even told me the issuer of the voucher was responsible. I spoke with issuer of the voucher and they obviously don’t have control over the Uber app. Email replies were rejected so you have to use the app to interact with support. They also quickly close conversations and issues so it’s obvious they are rewarded for closing issues even if not resolved… So, beware if you encounter an out of the ordinary situation!!!
