Poor service? You be the judge. – United Airlines Review

Frequent flyer program is a joke. I’ve been a Premier Silver member for over 15 years and never once received a seat upgrade, moreover on my last flight the aircraft was only 70% full yet I was assigned a seat that didn’t even recline. Water is not allowed and not provided in the gate area. On my flight from Panama Feb 2022 after going through security I bought some water for the flight. But at the gate to board the aircraft there was additional security where they confiscated my water, and then United forced passengers to wait in a hot confined area with no water or restrooms for hours before boarding flight, and they didn’t even offer water upon boarding. I got very dehydrated and felt like I was going to pass out, all this while United staff were yelling at passengers to wear a mask.
