Refunds are almost non existent – Mercari: Buying & Selling App Review

I purchased a keyboard that sat in my mailbox for two days. I opened the package, and after about 4 day of receiving it, found it to be defective. ( Two keys didn’t work ) No response from the seller and Mercari support informed me that because I didn’t report the problem in 72hrs, that the ‘case’ is closed. This will be my last time using the app.
