Once was great service, but…. – Instacart-Get Grocery Delivery Review

I have given up on using Instacart, as the app will not give me a choice of stores. I’ve asked for Customer Support - no response. I have searched the site to get my list of stores, no luck. It gives me one store only, a grocery store which I use, but I think it will now be better to risk going shopping myself. The Instacart shoppers have been wonderful, but I don’t want to be limited to one grocery store. Also noted several reviews noting price/cost inflation - never even suspect that but another negative.
