Customer Service – myAT&T Review

seems like every customer service representative have a different knowledge of at&t service. Representatives seem like a ball of confusion and never carry out what they promise when trying to push upgrades. Will not upgrade and plan not to use at&t service much longer. As of this day and date, Tuesday February 8 2022 I did not request any added service or upgrade.
