COMPANY DOES’T HONOR WARRANTY DON’T BUY! – geeni Review

UPDATE: IT HAS NOW BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE MY FIRST EMAIL NOTICE OF DEFECT. I HAVE SENT THEM VIDEOS, PICTURES, FOLLOWED ALL OF THEIR TROUBLE SHOOTING INSTRUCTIONS AND THE CAMERA WONT WORK. THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE PRODUCT THAT NO LONGER WORKS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE CAMERAS AND CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS THEY FRAUDULENTLY SAY THERE IS A YEARS WARRANTY WHICH BASED ON THEIR LACK OF ACTION IS FALSE. I bought this camera late last year and it worked for about a month. I relocated the camera for few months later only to find it not working when reconnecting it. I have contacted their customer service who only repeat a transcription of procedures to get it working. I could hardly understand them as their cell service kept dropping out. I did however follow their email resolutions to no avail. I ask for a replacement camera as it is in warranty but they refused. I will absolutely NEVER SUGGEST THEIR DEVISES TO ANYONE DUE TO 1) GROSS NEGLIGENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND 2) THEIR WARRANTY IS USELESS. THAT REPRESENTS FRAUD IN OUR COUNTRY. Consumer protection act states that warranty's that don’t follow through by the company issuing said warranty are defrauding the consumer. Fraud is a federal offense. Words matter. Service matters. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! PRODUCT SERVICE UPDATE.! I am still waiting for my camera refund. Their warranty is meaningless. There service is non responsive. AGAIN…DO NOT BUY THE GEENI CAMERA OR ANY PRODUCT AS THE COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR OWN WARRANTY!
