So helpful – Zero: Fasting & Health Tracker Review

I really like how flexible it is, I usually start with a 16 hour fast but when I reach 16 hour and I feel good, the app lets me extend it another hour and another until before I know it, I’ve fasted 24 or more hours!! So far my best is 56 hours and the only reason I ended that was because I had an upcoming dinner engagement. If you’re fasting to lose weight you find it just melts off and you’ll actually feel much better, happier and healthier.
