Doesn't Even Open!!! – Awesome Subway,Transit,Tube,Metro,MRT,MTR,underground maps: TrapezeLite Review

This app appears to be a rip-off - I downloaded and even paid for an upgrade to have access to a city map and it will NOT OPEN. Please FIX the bugs in this app because as of right now it is completely worthless!
