Losing a life because the app shuts down by itself – Candy Crush Saga Review

So I've noticed when I'm doing really good in a game ,the app just shuts off making me start the app over only to find out that I lost a life???? Why is this? Are the algorithms mad that someone outsmarted them???? This happened so many times and I'm forced to wait 30 minutes to play again.. FIX IT or replace my lives when the app cuts off... you know when it cuts off
