Excellent Game Ruined by Needless Adornments – Words With Friends Classic Review

This is the best word game to play with friends, hands down. That said, I have almost stopped using the app and playing games because the developer insists on adding all sorts of ridiculous “prizes” and dumb “goals” and annoying graphics that both slow and interrupt play. Daily latter goals? Who cares? Point tallies? So what? I came to play a word game with a friend. I’ve written the developer and pleaded for it to offer a “plain” game, no sideline stuff. I’d gladly pay $10 to be rid of all the nonsense that has been added and ruins enjoyment of the game. Not a word in reply. So much for meeting customer preferences. Sad.
