Update fail – Hik-Connect - for End user Review

Product worked fine on initial set up, then I did the update a week ago and lost all but one camera! No ability to get those cameras back online thru the app. This seems to be noted in other reviews from almost 2 years ago. Fails in ability to contact and get support...
