PROBLEM PICK UP – Lyft Review
I was out front for 10 minutes and the first driver never showed up. I then received a text that he was leaving and that I would be charged $5.
Do not charge $5 as the first driver never showed up or try to contact me. This is the first service issue that I have had with Lyft. The second driver, Julia, was fine and had no issue in seeing me. I WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING!
