The Lyft directions to my destination was a couple miles and 10” longer than needed. Ridesharing app choose the longest route to charge the most money they can. It is ridiculous how constantly they change the route to be the longest word in the most efficient and shorter ride.

There is no point for wait & save or plan ahead rides as you’ll more than likely always be cancelled on missed work due to my rides constantly being called. Even when I lived in a more popular city was the same issue before the pandemic it’s ridiculous.

Who ever decide to use this go app with Uber instead . This app is horrible. Constantly putting my money on hold , charging me for a ride that was already paid for , wait times are horrible and there’s no one to contact at all . No customer service what so ever

The app always lies about times. For everything. It will show that I can get a ride in 5 minutes but then will match me to a driver who’s 12 minutes away. Then, the driver will actually take 20 minutes to arrive. The app consistently lies like this and can’t be trusted. To add insult to injury, if I cancel on this unexpected longer wait, the app will still show the shorter wait time, but the fare usually goes up if I re-request a ride. This is a bait and switch scam and regulators ought to take a look at this. All that their support agents/bots do is parrot a copied and pasted statement about how the supply is dynamic. I wish they’d stop making excuses and actually provided an honest experience.
