Deleted my shifts without even me doing so – DoorDash - Dasher Review

I just started working for doordash for about a month and for the past couple of days whenever I try to “extend my dash” it ends my whole shift and I can’t get it back. What’s the point of having that available if it just ends my shift? Other than that you guys are a great app, besides I wish their was at least a rule on customers that they tip for every order.
