App Homescreen only shows Hotel – Expedia: Hotels, Flights & Car Review

Where can I book car? I used this app pn my iphone X just fine and now it no longer works on my iPhone 13. The support chat is also useless with no option to chat with an agent and send a screenshot for troubleshooting.
