Price Freeze and Poor Customer service – Hopper: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review

Price freeze is a scam and customer service is rude. When I asked about changing my fight customer service told me they’d be happy to help just “one moment.” Cue 40 minutes later when they copy and pasted policy and were rude to me. They were not even apologetic or helpful.
