Ratings – Shipt: Deliver & Earn Money Review

I do enjoy working with Shipt however, it’s a bit challenging not being able to contact customers. Incorrect numbers are provided making it impossible to communicate. Shipt allows customers to rate you unfairly. If the store is out of stock of an item and you substitute for comparable one, the shopper will rate you as you purchased the wrong item. Or if stores are out of stock the give you an unfair rating knowing that the stores are low on inventory. Shipt does not update the ratings after 50 ordered. I still have 1 one one of my ordered that has had over 50 shops since then. I should be able to talk to someone from Shipt shopper to notify them that’s a store is permanently closed. We have been continuously getting orders for a Harris Teeter that has shut down. Shipt should offer a pay like Apple Pay for shopping . It could save money on sending out cc and new shoppers can immediately start to shop once approved instead of waiting to receive a credit card. Some Safeway’s have no service making it hard to see and scan items. When offering Incentives for certain Metro areas Shipt sends new batch orders as promo to your phone , making it nearly impossible to take advantage of the incentive. Also, the stop sending new orders as regular after 6pm so you can’t get the incentive. It is misleading I’m my opinion and it seems that Shipt is taking advantage of theirs shoppers to get them to work extra harder for the incentive. It would be easier if we knew what aisle most items are located in Grocery Stores. Customers should be required to tip.
