Bad business borderline robbery – Venmo Review

I owed Venmo $187.00 I paid my debt in total by transferring funds from my business account to my personal account. I transferred an additional $550.00 from my business account to my personal account to have funds avail in my personal account for whatever. I tried to buy something online to being declined in my online purchase. I then tried to transfer funds back into my business account due to a notification saying my account is still froze. I then contacted Venmo staff through chat and email. They told me my account is being terminated and any additional funds ($550 + 187.00 paid off debt) will be in the lost and found for up to 180 days. Venmo also told me that they won’t give me an explanation why my account is being terminated and I have no one else I can talk to about resolving this issue. I don’t see how this is even legal for them to do. My funds came from a customer that paid for services from my business. Proven Legitimate funds are being taken from me with no explanation and no regards of my personal life or wellbeing. If anyone knows what I can do about this please contact me .
