Proceed with caution – Hopper: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review

I’m floored by the number of good reviews for this app. Be careful about using the “price freeze”. I “froze” a flight and found much cheaper prices elsewhere, even from the airline websites. Customer service would not confirm that they would honor lower prices seen elsewhere. Now I’m out $70 because the “price freeze” function is non-refundable. This is a scam and a shame- an ethical violation even. Only use this app if you don’t mind being shafted. I’m disgusted!
