Nightmare ride and impossible to contact customer service – Lyft Review

Have enjoyed Lyft so far - until tonight’s ride. Booked from home to Miami airport - straight road, did many times, especially on Uber. Asked driver why he was taking backroads route but given his inability to speak English, I understood it was for the rain or traffic. Once I realized his phone Lyft App had programmed Miami Airport AA CARGO location instead of AA Departures, we had been going in circles for more than half an hour. I barely made it to the airport and plane, and frankly it was not so much the driver fault but the app fault, directing him to cargo instead of passengers departures. Had he spoken English, I might have been able to solve the issues earlier. What I however realized is that the app has no emergency phone contact , no email for assistance or complaints, no customer service, only comments for certain limited issues. And it scared me for future use. And that’s a huge safety concern
