Customer Service is Trash— Price Freeze Issues – Hopper: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review
I tried the hopper app because it was convenient
and i liked the idea of paying half of my ticket off
while getting the rest of my funds together (price
freeze- $70). I tried to purchase my ticket when the price lowered only to repeatedly get an error
meesage that something technical was wrong. A
text exchange with an agent revealed that there
were no seats available on that flight. It literally
says on the site for situations like those where
seats become unavailable during my price freeze
period, i should be able to transfer my deposit to
another flight or get a refund…. I got neither option nor a response from the associate when i brought that up! But they want me to spend another $130 for a whole new ticket?
