Horrible customer service – Lyft Review

I had a horrible experience with a driver in which I politely asked if he would mind turning down the radio as it was early in the morning. He said no, ‘it’s fine as.’ I didn’t say anything in response. Then he said ‘you no what, just get out.’ I was running late to work and said ‘no it’s okay, it’s not a big deal.” He said no and canceled the ride. I got out and disputed the charge but it is still charging me. Lyft did not respond and has no way of contacting even though I have disputed the charge many times via the app.
