Nearly impossible to cancel – Paramount+ Review

I created my account on my phone, before it was paramount and it was still cbs all access. I need my subscription cancelled and so I tried on my phone. It says to use the platform I used to create the account… which I already was. So I attempted to use my TV, you can’t manage your account there. I tried my Roku, but you couldn't there either. Finally tried online, and get to my account management and click cancel. Low and behold, this button does absolutely nothing. It will not cancel my account no matter how many times I click it. They won’t answer the phone after hours, I’ve emailed and there’s no live chat option. Create an efficient and user friendly way to manage accounts and stop with the sneaky tricks to force people into keeping a subscription they don’t want. I planned on getting this back once I’m employed again but if I can ever get it cancelled I will never resubscribe again.
