Disappointed/Frustrated – Hopper: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review

I accidentally purchased a freeze (basically a deposit) for the wrong trip and after correcting it I realized I was charged for the mistake. I messaged with customer service back and forth for 2 hours and they refused to reimburse or even credit the charge to the correct trip purchase. The app is a bit misleading so be aware if you already have your card info stored in the app it won’t take much for them to charge you. I just felt they were rude and unfair with regards to this issue.
