Venmo is practically rocket science – Venmo Review

This review is coming from someone who thinks most apps are NOT rocket science. This is the worst app I have ever encountered. Ever ever ever. It took me a while to figure out how to send funds to someone else. This is not implicit in the app. It needs to have some sort of help other than the FAQs, which are not very helpful. Just some basic information. Also, I am trying to add a new bank to my profile. I had to do it manually because it does not appear in Venmo’s list of banks. So, Venmo credited and debited the bank account with two small amounts. The bank account also had a credit and debit of two much larger amounts… Long story and not relevant to Venmo. I am wondering if Venmo is confused by the larger amounts. Who knows? I really need to talk with someone at Venmo, but the only options are to chat with a robot or send an email. This is a terrible app. I would rather pay a few dollars a month for a good app then have a free app that is horrible. And this app should also have more tabs or buttons on it so you don’t need to guess to figure out how to do what you need to do.
