Hit or miss – PayByPhone Parking Review

This app is good when it works. Try to pay today and didn’t. I got 3 pending charges on my account. When I call costumer service, they said it was fine, the color shouldn’t be green. Come on. And he hung up on me, I’ll try my best to never use this again.
