Used the app and still got a ticket – PayByPhone Parking Review

The issue with the PayByPhone system is that there is no authority between PayByPhone and the parking authority. Any hiccup in the PBP system, the meter maid’s device, or even failure to confirm the PBP info results in a ticket. The PayByPhone website tells you that they can’t help and one needs to schedule a court hearing with city hall. No thank you.
