Stephanie Sanzo ??? – Sweat: Fitness App For Women Review

I had been in an at home workout program for over a year of 30 min / per day with dumb bell / bands equipment and was ready for something new, to take it to the next step. After touring the local gym, I was intimidated because I did not know how to use the machines or even know where to begin with a workout routine using those machines. Thanks to finding Stephanie on Instagram in an ad to purchasing the app for only 9.99/month (versus $35/month for my other membership) I am now on my way to building muscle with heavy weight lifting. Clicking on the planner icon in the app gives you the whole weeks workout routines that you can easily click through - you can change it up if that doesn’t work for you that day, or can substitute moves if you don’t like or don’t have proper equipment. Stephanie’s layout is the easiest to follow, giving you a short video clip for form, number of reps and how hard it should be. Also allows you to play music and enter your weight for each move. I was searching for an easy to follow weight lifting app that would accommodate both gym and at home routines that didn’t break the bank - and I FOUND IT!
