MULTIPLE BAD EXPERIENCES USING THE APP. – GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel Review

I don’t really know where to begin….but essentially GOAT has some of the worst customer service and response time compared to any other similar platform that I have used. After making a sale, they told me that the shoes I sold were fake, despite the fact that I purchased them directly from Footlocker (who they are partnered with!). They then force the seller to pay for return shipping just to get their own property back… This seems like a poor level of service from a company that claims to have such a high level of customer service, and I must add that their customer service team completely ignored anything I said in my responses and left it at either you pay the invoice, or we dispose of your shoes for you. I will not plan on ever using this app again for buying or selling.
