Connection – Messenger Review

I don’t mean to complain but I have a friend who lives out of the country that I want to keep in contact with but the new messenger update is not working well with her. She lives in the Philippines and I live in the U.S. Maybe that’s the issue but we have had issues communicating for the past 4 or 5 days and it’s annoying so could you guys please work on it?
