All messed up – Bejeweled Classic HD Review

I have been playing for years, reached level 131 then it disappeared and somehow I now have a brand new game. I tried "restore purchase" but I cannot get my old games back. Tried contacting the developer..."unable to connect." What in the works is the problem?
