Food doesn’t arrive and there’s no recourse – Noodles and Company Review

If part or all of your order doesn’t show up, there’s no way to report this in the app. You have to call the restaurant and hope someone answers, if they’re even still open. Then try to explain the problem if you can hold their attention that long. You may get a vague assurance of a refund, but they’re clearly overworked and just need to get you off the phone.
