Is this a Walmart thing – Ibotta: Save & Earn Cash Back Review

When I got this app I immediately got like $60 back (thank you) but since it seems like all deals are ONLY available at Walmart even though products are available at numerous other stores on the App. What gives? Some people don’t go to Walmart!
