Trouble with charge card – Wayfair – Shop All Things Home Review

I’m so excited to order during this great sale you’re currently having. I’ve ordered many times before. When I went to check out it had 2 credit cards listed. I chose the one I currently use and it would not process. So I called and spoke to a very nice helpful young lady. Sadly, she told me her name but I didn’t write it down nor do I remember….just so excited to order these rugs. She instructed me on what to do (create and new account using my preferred card and voila!!! It worked!!! I’m so pleased. I was just going to order a rug for my deck when winter finally ends here in the cold Midwest but ordered 2 more for a couple rooms inside my home. I wish you could know who that helpful lady was. I called on Mon . Jan 17 at approximately 4:40 pm….central time. Thanks Wayfair!! Leila L. Denning
