Remove the “out of stock” items!

Used to be a great site. The out of stock items were at the bottom of the search list so I didn’t waste my time. Now, when I go look at sales or closeout, it doesn’t say that it’s out of stock until I click on the item. All the top items are out of stock. So frustrating that I finally deleted the app.
Shipping estimates wildly inaccurate

You are presented with shipping options with a specific listed delivery date. You pick an upgraded option because you want delivery by a certain date. You are then told the expedited option is the shipping speed AFTER warehouse processing, which could be any number of days. Things are crazy right now with supply chains, understandable. But update your customer experience to remove unnecessary frustration for your consumers. State the truth clearly upfront so expectations are correct. Customer service was of no help either.

I’m so upset my greenhouse is trashed. A little wind and it’s toast bent frame I have only had it 4 months 200 bucks down the drain. I’m so upset will never order again.

I love dealing with wayfair. They are what you expect from a company. They never to deliver. I am happy to give them my money. And on top of that they have US based customer service
Not the best place to register

Wayfair has some great items, but the process of getting gifts (such as for a wedding registry) is not great. It doesn’t a automatically ship, you must log in to check status and approve orders. Also someone buying you a gift may not cover all extra charges, so you might have to pick in a few dollars to get your own gift. Overall alright, and worth it if they are the only ones that have something you really want. But if it’s available multiple places, I would go with one that’s more fitted to registries.

Cash out was a bit rocky. Wouldn’t register my date of birth. Had to fill it out a second time, still wouldn’t accept my date of birth. But this time it went through. Made call for security verification, the line was distorted so I called back . Everything went okay. Iwould update when purchases arrive and are put together thank you. Thank you
