Bad news – Expedia: Hotels, Flights & Car Review

Arrived at our hotel in Tequila, MX and the receptionist informed me that they haven’t done business with Expedia in months. Consequently, we had no reservation and the hotel said we could pay for rooms (again) and ask for a refund from Expedia. Not what you want to hear after 6 hours of travel. Now begins the long and painful process of getting our 3 day stay refunded.
