A long way to go – My Verizon Review

Verizon has a long way to go to become a legit transparent company every time you call them and try and get customer service you’re on the phone for an hour plus they say they’re going to resolve an issue but they don’t I’ve had the same issue for over six months where they owe me $2000 in credits for lines that I transferred over each person is very polite and seems to be very conscientious but nothing ever changes in the issue still hasn’t been resolved
