Latest update is freezing screen – Hiya: Spam Blocker & Caller ID Review

This is the only way to contact HIYA. The newest update is freezing screen. Trying to follow steps and get as far as block unknown calls - I do t want to auto block these as this is also my work number. But it sticks on that screen and I cannot go further or use any other function. Since I am paying for a subscription it is annoying that I cannot trace a number. Please advise.
